I'm watching...

42nd Street. I appreciate that it was fresh content then. But the whole behind-the-scenes theater production ... cheating star can't go on stage and sweet demure chorus girl takes her place and saves the show and becomes a hit ... it's a little cliche now. Obviously the show is a broadway classic, yeah yeah, I do like some of the music. But I wouldn't call this a must-see. Ginger in a bit part (before she hit it big) ... she knocks it out of the park, of course. Especially since the main stars can't sing and can barely dance, so ...
